Coming from a family of engineers and interior designers, a degree in architectural engineering with a structural emphasis was a natural fit for Scott. His strong analytical mind and attention to detail were further developed while working on large commercial projects and healthcare facilities as the structural engineer.
Early in his career, while still functioning as an engineer and project manager, Scott developed a passion for ensuring that projects were successful from beginning to end. He naturally gravitated to the Design/Build project delivery method and the benefits he could provide for the owner. Eventually, running construction projects as the Chief Operations Officer at a Design/Build construction company, Scott became proficient at controlling costs and harnessing individual strengths to provide maximum team performance.
Prior to the creation of Halo Commercial Construction, LLC., Scott’s most recent experience was acting in the capacity of the owner and constructing facilities across the nation. That first-hand knowledge equipped him to come alongside other owners, understanding their specific needs, challenges, and concerns, to ensure maximized returns and successful completion of projects that are the focus of their passion.
